Thank you for purchasing from House of Mirelli. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable
All products sold through House of Mirelli are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered or made available for download.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product and that delivery occurs at the time of purchase or immediately thereafter.
2. Exceptions — Duplicate Purchases
If you have accidentally purchased the same ebook more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the situation and, where a clear duplicate purchase is confirmed, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
3. Technical Access Issues
If you have purchased an ebook and are experiencing genuine technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. We will not issue a refund simply because of a technical issue that can be resolved — we will first attempt to resolve the access problem.
If a technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
